I have not read any books by Susanna. I find the Jacobite cause and the French involvement a fascinating subject.This looks like a good mystery.
I think Sara’s codebreaking skills sound interesting.
The plot sounds interesting and I love the cover.
Teddy, I’ve been eager to read this author’s work (and again saddened by my failure to be Canadian, of course), and I was wondering what work you would recommend as ideal with which to start either for superiority’s sake, starting any sort of series (not sure of whether or how many of her novels are connected), or any other reason…Nothing was jumping out at me as I scanned the list of her novels on the Goodreads page or on Amazon. I figure you must know more than I do, since that’s next to nothing.
