About Tamara Jacobi
Born in Vermont, Tamara’s free-spirited inspiration was sparked by schools in Quebec and Jalisco (Mexico) and home-schooling adventures throughout Central America. The blueprint for Wildpreneurship was further instilled within her by family expeditions on a shoestring budget that included mountaineering Mexico’s volcanoes, bike-packing the USA’s Continental Divide and kayaking the Sea of Cortez.
This unique upbringing, combined with her degree in Environmental Economics at Middlebury College (VT), prompted Tamara to look beyond the status quo and create her wild business. Tamara has run the Tailwind Jungle Lodge for nearly 15 years. She is an avid writer, surfer, yogi, skier, adventurer, and former holistic nutrition coach (Jungle Girl Health). Tamara’s unique lodge on the Mexican Pacific attracts thousands of international guests and has become a venue for inspiration, adventure and fresh perspective.

Extremely important and wonderful.
I like the clever title.
Making a passion into a business sounds interesting.
I have not heard that phrase before, although the idea of it has been around. The gig style economy is probably perfect for this.
