Good job Teddy! I’ve kind of fallen off the wagon (or the treadmill;-), but plan to get back on this weekend. Things have been kind of crazy at work, but seem to be working out now. Have a great weekend!

Kristy, I fall off routinely, so don’t feel bad. I was raised in a very sedentary family. I was the most active in my family but I always preferred reading books to running around. Although I did a lot of swimming in the summer. I’m the only person in my family who is not over weight. Since I don’t exercise as much as I should, I attribute it to my vegan lifestyle.
