Thanks to Kristi from Passion For The Page is hosting the What An Animal challenge ! I sure hope you host it again!
I did this challenge in memory of Robbie (he’s the cutie one in the photo with my husband Bill).
Please show your support by clicking on this link and donating free pet food (that’s right, no cost to you, just the time it takes to click.) Here’s the link or you can click on the picture of Robbie. Once there, you can also subscribe to get a daily email reminder to click to donate free food.
Please leave a comment to let me know you donated food. Thanks!!
Here’s a list of what I read for the challenge (click on the titles to read my reviews):
1. The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein
2. Bark Up the Right Tree by Jessie & Ruth Tschudin
3. The Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson
5.Amos’s Sweater by Janet Lunn
6.Finklehopper Frog Cheers by Irene Livingson
I clicked Teddy!! I love that photo of Robbie – he was such a beautiful boy and I know he is smiling down on you today 🙂
Congrats on finishing this one! I did it too. I hope there’s one for next year.

There are animals which i will not change to 1000 of people. I used to have a dog and i miss him so much too.
Its a good thing that you encourage people to click nonprofits. Dont forget ripple.org , care2.com and cleanbreath.org too 🙂
Wendy, thanks so much. I am sure that Robbie and Caribou have met and are playing together.
Thanks Yvonne! I hope so too.
Thanks Marie! I will stop by.
Kreal, those are good recommendations too. Since I did this in memory of Robbie, The Animal Rescue Site made perfect sense.
Congratulation on finishing the challenge, Teddy! I think it was a wonderful tribute to Robbie (and I’ve been clicking on that site periodically since you first mentioned. A great organization.)
And, yes, there will be a What an Animal II challenge. Still working out the details, so stay tuned! I’ll post something about it soon (probably this week since I’m on vacation ;o)).
Thanks Kristi, especially for clicking! That is great news that there will be a What an Animal II!
Hi Teddy Rose! Just wanted to let you know that I’ve finally gotten around to posting the sign-up for the What an Animal II Challenge ( http://tiny.cc/jpHL5). It’s basically the same as last year except that you have 8 months to read 6 books instead of 12 months. Hope you’ll join again!
