Thanks to Lloyd Lofthouse for sending me a signed copy!
The next two need a little explaination:
I belong to an on-line points place called My Points. You get points for participating in surveys, and taking advantage ofr various offers. Many of the offers are free, you just click to go to the site. You can also get points for shopping. I have never spent a dime on this program, I just do the free things to collect points.
I then cash in My Points for a Barnes and Noble gift card. I usually have enough points to do this about 3-4 times per year. I also get points by sending out invitations to my friends to join (only at their request). When a friend joins, then I get referral points. If you would like me to send you an invitation, just email me and I will. You can then see what My Points is like and decide if it is for you or not.
The following are what I used my Barnes and Noble gift card on this time:

I really want to get the Springsteen CD. I can’t believe I haven’t already.
Teddy, I am a little puzzled by your comment on my blog regarding not responding to the contest win e mail. I read it Sunday and replied immediately. I went to my sent box today to make sure I am not losing my mind and it was sent Sunday. I just e mailed you a copy of it. Please let me know that you received it. Thanks a lot. It sounds like such a good book, I’d hate to miss out.
I’d like to get The Grammar Girl book too.
Springsteen is coming to Canada, eh? Aren’t you excited! I am not a big fan, but if I was, the fact that every radio station down here is playing him to death would probably kill any interest I did have! These famous musicians that have lots of songs to choose from, and they play the same songs over and over again! lol Anyway, are you going?
I adore MyPoints. I’ve been a member for about 6 months and have already earned $100 in gift cards, and I’m very close to earning my next $25 card. I love free book money. 🙂
Thanks for visiting my maibox yesterday but I expected you would be a “lurker” for awhile longer … hope this means you’re on the mend!
Books in my mailbox … and to think I used to get excited over shampoo samples.
Enjoy your goodies, Teddy!
great goodies. I’d love to be invited…its all about free gift cards for me!
Great collection 🙂
Anyways I was passing through to let you know you have an award waiting.. please pick it up here 🙂
