Congratulations to all of you who participated and finished this challenge! Stay tuned for the 2nd Canadian Book Challenge, Starting on July 1, 2008
Congratulations on completing the challenge! I didn’t join last year but am thinking about joining this year. I have so many Canadian books on my shelves that I haven’t got around to reading yet.
Congratulations! I’m new to challenges, so I didn’t participate in the first one, but I’ve signed up for the second one. I don’t own many Canadian books, so I had a great time choosing some to read 🙂
Congratulations on completing your challenge. I plan to join the new challenge in July.
Lillian
Hi Teddy! Congrats to you! I’m going to participate in this year’s challenge. I didn’t think I knew any books or authors for it last year. 🙂 Anyway, would you tell me/us what books were your top 5? I think I’m still in need of possibilities and you have a lot that I haven’t heard of. Thanks!
It was the enthusiasm of readers like you that made this challenge so much fun. I loved some of your picks (2, 4, 7 and especially 12), but haven’t read the others. Thanks for adding to my TBR list.
Thanks Tanabata,
Yes, join! It’s a great challenge, you wont be sorry!
Thanks Elizabeth,
I look forward to seeing what books you read for the challenge. I’m glad you joined up!
Thanks Lillian,
I’m glad your joining up for round 2. This has been my favorite challenge so far.
Thanks Joy,
I’m glad your jioning us for round two. My top five would be:
1. Late Nights on Air
2. Water for Elephants
3. Anne of Green Gables
4. The Time In Between
5. Mistress of the Sun
Thanks John,
It helps when a challenge has a great leader John! Late Nights turned out to be my favorite too! Hope you enjoy the ones I added to your TBR! You added to mine as well!
Thanks Nicola!
Congratulations! Great choice of books. I’ve read some of the authors but not many of the books you choose, I’m going to keep some of them in mind for the next time around.
I didn’t realize, that some of these authors were Canadian.
