November 26, 2008 Update:
I have tried the first few lessions and it is not anything like I expected. I have decided that this is not for me and will not continue with it. It appears to be more of a life affirming course and hasn’t even touched on the topics that were promised below. Also, the free part is just thirty days, after that you have to pay.
