I expect that if you’ve read a great author, you’ll be inspired to hit Wikipedia up and learn a little more too. I don’t mind if you end up reading a series about mostly fictional characters either. You won’t find any literary snobs here.”

This is a tempting one! I’ve committed to joining no more new challenges, though.
I don’t know how I got so lucky Anne. I’ve participated it Hapercollins.ca firstlook program and won books to review that way.
Then Harper Collins discovered my blog and emailed me with a catalogue of books they want reviewed. I was invited to pick whatever I wanted. I picked 5 books. 4 came by UPS a few days later. The fifth one is still being printed and will come latter. It’s very exciting!

I also promised myself no more challenges, however the majority of books I read are historical fiction, so I don’t feel like it’s too much of a stretch. LOL!

Cool. Wish I could join in, but I’m a challenge flunky and I’m still trying to get one out of the twelve books for the single challenge I chose to participate in during 2008 read. Pitiful. Can’t wait to read your review.
